Future Prospects: Biggest issue in real estate is now increasing inventory. RERA is one more issue for the company and, in fact, for the whole sector. Demonetization and GST also affect this company. The operating cycle in the real estate business is around 4-5 years, and keeping good cash flow in that business is challenging.
