As a die-hard Marvel fan, I saw The Avengers movie, and like many others, I also think that the character of clint barton needs one movie of his own. So, after some time, I started searching for the counterpart of all characters and learned about the Green Arrow. But It was nothing big.
When I was searching for this series, I found out more about this character, and Now I wonder why I failed to see him as one of the wealthiest and most well-known DC characters.
In November of 1941, More Fun Comics #73 introduced the Green Arrow as Oliver Jonas Queen, a wealthy socialite who owned Queen Industries in Sky City. In most of the subsequent origin stories, Queen was abandoned on a deserted island and forced to take up archery to survive.
So what is the difference between learning about finance from the second batman?
While writing this series, I learned that If you need to make a new hero, there are already some molds ready. It would help if you generated a story. Slightly this is true with the Green arrow but not wholly. In many of his stories, he was abandoned on a deserted island and forced to take up archery to survive. It teaches us that Basic surviving skills are fundamental to being alive. Keeping your financial plan in place is one essential surviving skill in the modern world.
The green arrow is a hybrid of Batman and Robin Hood. Both of them think about society. They use their resources for the betterment of people in their ways. Here I remember one name, Benjamin Graham. During his time, when many companies had a good cash balance on the Balance Sheet. He started buying shares of companies and forced them to give dividends. It was nothing personal.
Oliver has lost and recovered his fortune multiple times. Still, when he has his wealth, he uses it and his position as CEO of Queen Industries to help the less fortunate without ulterior motives. The lesson learned here is that money or wealth is not the final goal. It is there to be used.
Every Comic character needs one sidekick. The green arrow also has one. Speedy. Even he teaches Some important things about “Heroin.” Narcotics and alcohol are not the things to write about on a blog, but this comic highlights the theme of DONT Be vulnerable.
Being a superhero, you need to make some difficult decisions. In theĀ Zero Hour: Crisis in Time! Miniseries of 1994, Hal Jordan, former leader of the Green Lanterns and best friend to Green Arrow, went insane after the destruction of Coast City. Jordan had been taken over by Parallax, an evil parasite that had existed for billions of years. Arrow is forced to shoot the possessed Jordan, which gives the other heroes the time they need to stop the destruction. Another lesson here, similar to what we can learn from Dr. Strange, is that sometimes we need to trade lives for a better world. Be it your portfolio, your debt, or something. When something is there to destroy part of you, you must try it out. Selling part of your asset to repay debt is a very effective strategy. so does prioritize debt repayments over investment. ( Conditions apply. Your pension investment is supposed to be the priority.)
