My introduction to Lex Luthor happened on Cartoon Network. He was very much I saw as one who could impress others.
Then I saw the film Batman vs. Superman. I don’t know what critics said about it, but seeing Lex Luthor having hair and not bald makes me question, What is truth? Whether I see in the early days of what I was watching? That at least starts the attraction towards this character.
So what Can we learn from Lex Luthor?
Lex Luthor holds an exceptional place in comic books – he’s the classic arch-enemy of the most famous and popular superhero of all time, Superman. Having first appeared in 1940’s Action Comics #23, Luthor has been a prominent figure in DC comic books – and indeed a thorn in the Man of Steel’s side – ever since. With his iconic bald head, the multi-billionaire businessman has used his brain to combat the Kryptonian hero’s brawn, often to devastating effect, utilizing genius schemes, powerful technology, and the services of other powerful villains in a determined attempt to take him down once and for all.
Lex Luthor is all about technology, creating new gadgets to boost his strength and stamina. For keeping your finance in control of your hand, technology helps you. Nothing wrong with it. Latest Apps and financial technology like UPI and many other startups are making business at their fingertips. PayTM makes it easy to buy Mutual Funds through Mobile Apps. Using it can reduce your cost.
Mr. Luthor doesn’t waste time on what “should” or “shouldn’t” be—he focuses on what “is” and what “isn’t.” His cold focus on pragmatism might seem alienating, but it’s the most fantastic way to get measurable results. Pragmatism is always Better than Idealism.
No matter what happens, Lex never loses his temper. Neither should you. Don’t frantically shift from strategy to strategy—instead, find something that works and stick with it. With a financial plan, you can handle it in the long term. I saw many investors talk about a day drop in stock they are invested in. I have a straightforward thought. Why invest in the capital market if you care about a slight decline.
One considerable similarity between him and Donald Trump is their charisma; with that help, he became the president of the United States ( In DC comics only). But what to learn here? First, don’t trap in charisma when things look suspicious.
Lex Luthor is known for his intelligence. So what to learn here is at least learn the basics about finance and don’t give everything in the hand of a Financial advisor.
Although I am talking about the Finacial perspective, I found that Lex Luthor is a very marketing person. A marketing guy can learn many things from him, as Lex Luthor knows how to make a charisma.
